Fee Schedule
Management Fee @ 10% of monthly rent + VAT
This fee covers the comprehensive day-to-day management of the property including marketing, rent collection, legal documentation, periodic property inspections, arrangement and supervision of repairs etc.
Tenant Find Service @ £275 + VAT
To cover the costs of finding suitable tenants, negotiating, preparing and signing legal documentation, inventory etc and then handover the ongoing management to the Landlord
