- Arranging routine repairs and maintenance
- Regular property visits and reports
- Payment of property related outgoings (excluding mortgage payments)
- Notifying utilities at the beginning and end of the tenancy
Tenant Find Service

- Preparation of the tenancy agreement
- Collection of first month's rent and deposit
- Arranging any subsequent tenancy extensions
- Preparation of an inventory list and schedule of condition
